How much does it cost?+

One annual membership, 29 million toman — about 80,000 a day. No hidden fees. Add-ons and at-home collection are priced separately.

Does insurance cover it?+

Basic insurance, no. For supplementary insurance we issue an itemised invoice with test codes for reimbursement claims; final acceptance rests with your insurer.

Can I cancel?+

Before your first draw, full refund. After that, membership stays active to year-end and does not renew.

Does it renew automatically?+

No. You get a reminder a month before it ends and decide yourself.

Is there a family plan?+

Coming. For now each member has their own invite code and a separate record — records are never merged.
